Ministry of Product
We turn ideas into profitable businesses and maintain an Innovation Commons to keep improving how it’s done.
Ministry of Product operates in two ways:
- The Consultancy works with external teams to build real, AI-enabled products.
- The Innovation Commons is an invite-only practice where builders explore ideas before they become companies.
The Consultancy
We partner with founders and executives to turn vision into working software — using AI-native development to move faster than a traditional team could on their own.
The Consultancy applies the same judgment developed through the Practice: what matters now, what can wait, and where effort will compound versus stall.
Build — Embed as a product partner on new software ideas, from concept to live product. Product strategy, architecture decisions, and execution — so founders stay focused on the business.
Advise — For teams with existing engineers, fractional CPO or product lead: setting direction with OKRs, shaping roadmap, keeping the team building the right things in the right order.
Accelerate — Integrate AI tooling into your development process to cut the time and cost of building, testing, and iterating.
The Innovation Commons
The Practice is an Innovation Commons — a shared environment where ideas are explored before they become companies.
In short: an Innovation Commons is a place for the pre-company phase, where people build together, test ideas against reality, and let contribution and signal determine what deserves structure.
It is not a program, a network, or an incubator. It is a place to:
- work on ideas
- improve the craft of building
- develop judgment through repeated cycles of building and feedback
Participation is active. Membership is by invitation. Ownership is earned through contribution, not assigned upfront.
